Technical features: MYJ-151 saw gin is a new type of saw tooth ginning machine which has been developed for many years of market research and we create a new design concept, combine all the advantages of various large saw ginning machine in the world. The wide range output of the machine can be adapted to more different user. The outstanding characteristic is that the head rate can be controlled flexibly and reliably when the seed cotton roll in the working box under the relaxed working state. The relative advantage is that the current of the main motor is obviously smaller than that of other types of saw gin at the same time output, which fully shows that the electricity consumption per unit output is lower than that of other saw gin. The advantage of low density of cotton rolls is that the working box is not easy to block, and the rotary rate of the saw gin is high. The fiber of the saw blade hook is relatively loose, and the impurity effect of upper and lower row is good and the cotton content is lower. The appearance of lint is good, the cotton knot rope silk is little, the fiber uniformity is good, the short fiber rate is low; the life of vulnerable parts are longer acoordling,  such as saw blade and rib.

This machine has the design of a device with the middle seed discharge pipe in the working box. It can choose to use or not use the middle seed discharge pipe through the simple adjustment of the deformation of the working box.
